This thesis explores the utilization of technology to enhance adult literacy programs, with a focus on addressing the challenges faced by adult learners in acquiring and improving their literacy skills. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of incorporating technology into adult education initiatives to facilitate learning, engagement, and skill development among adult learners. The research methodology employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from adult learners, educators, and program administrators. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, highlighting the background of the study and the problem statement that underscores the need for innovative approaches to adult literacy education. The objectives of the study are outlined to examine the impact of technology on adult literacy outcomes, identify the limitations and scope of the research, and emphasize the significance of enhancing adult literacy programs through technology integration.
