This thesis explores the utilization of technology to enhance adult literacy programs with a focus on addressing the challenges faced by adult learners in developing their literacy skills. The study investigates the effectiveness of integrating technology, such as digital tools and online resources, into adult education programs to improve learning outcomes and engagement among adult learners. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature review, data collection, analysis of findings, and discussions to evaluate the impact of technology on adult literacy programs. The findings reveal that technology integration can provide personalized learning experiences, increase motivation, and enhance the accessibility of adult education.
