This thesis investigates the impact of technology integration on adult learning within vocational education programs. As the digital landscape continues to evolve rapidly, incorporating technology into educational settings has become increasingly crucial for enhancing learning outcomes. The study explores how the integration of technology influences the learning experiences and outcomes of adult learners in vocational education, with a focus on identifying the benefits and challenges associated with this approach. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from adult learners, instructors, and program administrators within vocational education settings. The literature review delves into the theoretical underpinnings of adult learning theories, technology integration in education, and the unique characteristics of vocational education programs.
