Thesis Abstract

Adult education plays a crucial role in empowering individuals to enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies, ultimately leading to career advancement opportunities. This research project aims to examine the impact of adult education on career advancement and explore the factors that contribute to successful career progression.

The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to explore the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence on the relationship between adult education and career advancement. It will analyze existing studies and initiatives that focus on adult education and career development to identify key factors, such as educational attainment, skills acquisition, networking, and self-efficacy, that influence career advancement outcomes.
