This research aims to explore the impact of technology on supply chain management and its implications for organizational performance. By examining the adoption and utilization of technologies such as blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics in supply chain management, this study seeks to provide insights into how organizations can leverage technology to gain a competitive advantage and drive supply chain excellence.</div><div>The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of supply chain data and qualitative interviews with supply chain professionals and experts. The quantitative analysis will involve assessing key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment cycle time, and customer satisfaction levels to determine the impact of technology adoption on supply chain performance. Additionally, the study will explore the use of technology-enabled supply chain practices, such as real-time tracking, demand forecasting, and supplier collaboration, in improving operational efficiency and responsiveness.</div><div>The qualitative interviews will provide deeper insights into the experiences and perspectives of supply chain professionals in utilizing technology in supply chain management.
