Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to explore the role of leadership in organizational change management. In today's dynamic business environment, organizations are constantly faced with the need to adapt and change in order to remain competitive and achieve their strategic objectives. Effective change management is crucial for successful organizational transformation, and leadership plays a pivotal role in guiding and facilitating this process.
