Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the impact of digital transformation on organizational performance. In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations are increasingly adopting digital technologies to enhance their operations, improve efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage. However, the extent to which digital transformation influences organizational performance remains a topic of interest and requires further exploration.

The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of financial and operational data with qualitative analysis of interviews and case studies. The quantitative analysis will involve examining the financial performance metrics, such as revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment, of organizations before and after implementing digital transformation initiatives. The qualitative analysis will involve exploring the experiences and perspectives of key stakeholders, such as executives and employees, regarding the impact of digital transformation on various aspects of organizational performance.
