Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to examine the effect of tax incentives on corporate investment decisions. Understanding the impact of these incentives on corporate investment behavior is crucial for policymakers and businesses alike.

The study will employ a quantitative research approach, utilizing financial and investment data from a sample of companies operating in different industries and countries. The analysis will focus on assessing the relationship between tax incentives and various investment metrics, such as capital expenditures, research and development (R&D) spending, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity.
