Project Abstract

Fuel hoarding and black market sales have been persistent issues in Nigeria, with significant implications for the economy and society. This research project aims to investigate the factors contributing to fuel hoarding and black market sales in Nigeria, focusing on the roles of government policies, market dynamics, and enforcement mechanisms.
