Telemedicine, the use of technology to provide remote healthcare services, has been gaining momentum in various medical fields. This research aims to explore the impact of telemedicine on veterinary practice efficiency and client satisfaction. The study addresses the growing interest in integrating telemedicine into veterinary practice to improve service delivery and enhance client experiences. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative feedback from veterinary professionals and clients. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, discussing the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of terms. The literature review in Chapter 2 presents a comprehensive analysis of ten key themes related to telemedicine in veterinary medicine, including technology adoption, regulatory considerations, client communication, and animal welfare. Chapter 3 outlines the research methodology, detailing the research design, data collection methods, sampling strategy, data analysis techniques, and ethical considerations. The study involves surveys, interviews, and document analysis to capture insights from both veterinary practitioners and clients. The findings are presented in Chapter 4, which includes a thorough discussion of seven key themes emerging from the data analysis.
