This research study delves into the impacts of TOD on urban mobility and land use patterns, focusing on understanding the synergies between transit infrastructure development and the built environment. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of transportation data with qualitative assessments of land use dynamics in TOD areas. The introduction sets the stage by highlighting the significance of TOD in addressing contemporary urban challenges such as traffic congestion, air pollution, and land use inefficiencies.
