Project Abstract

Abstract
The office environment plays a crucial role in influencing workers' productivity and overall performance within organizations. This research project focuses on investigating the impact of the office environment on workers' productivity in establishments in Owerri, Imo State. The study employs a case study approach to gather data from various organizations in the region to provide a comprehensive analysis. The research utilizes both qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect and analyze data. Surveys, interviews, and observations are conducted to assess the office environment factors that influence workers' productivity. Factors such as lighting, temperature, noise levels, workspace layout, and ergonomic facilities are examined to determine their impact on employee performance.
