This research project aims to investigate and propose strategies for optimizing cost management in construction projects through Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, focusing on its application in the field of Quantity Surveying. The construction industry faces challenges related to cost overruns and inefficiencies, making effective cost management crucial for project success.
