This research project focuses on the optimization of inventory management through the implementation of Just-In-Time (JIT) methodology in a manufacturing company. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of JIT implementation in improving inventory management practices and operational efficiency within the manufacturing setting. The research will be conducted as a case study, utilizing a single manufacturing company as the primary research subject. The first chapter of the research introduces the background of the study, outlines the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of terms. The second chapter provides an in-depth literature review on JIT methodology, inventory management practices, and the impact of JIT implementation on operational efficiency within manufacturing companies. In the third chapter, the research methodology is discussed, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. The fourth chapter presents a detailed discussion of the findings from the case study, analyzing the impact of JIT implementation on inventory management practices and operational efficiency within the manufacturing company.
