The integration of blockchain technology in supply chain management has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential to revolutionize the traditional supply chain processes. This research study aims to explore the implementation of blockchain technology in supply chain management and its impact on enhancing transparency, security, and efficiency in the supply chain ecosystem. The research will investigate the benefits, challenges, and opportunities associated with the adoption of blockchain technology in supply chain management. Chapter One of the study provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definitions of key terms related to blockchain technology and supply chain management. Chapter Two conducts an in-depth literature review, covering ten key aspects related to blockchain technology, supply chain management, and their integration. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology employed in this study, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. The chapter also discusses the research approach, research framework, and tools used to analyze the data collected. Chapter Four presents the findings of the research study, analyzing the impact of implementing blockchain technology in supply chain management. The chapter discusses seven key findings related to transparency, security, traceability, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, collaboration, and scalability in the supply chain ecosystem. Chapter Five concludes the research study by summarizing the key findings, implications, and recommendations for future research and practice.
