This research project aims to assess the impact of digital transformation on public service delivery in local government agencies. The study will delve into the various ways in which digital technologies are being utilized to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve citizen engagement within local government settings. By examining the challenges, opportunities, and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives, this research seeks to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of these strategies in improving public service delivery.
