Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a popular model for delivering infrastructure projects worldwide. This research study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PPPs in delivering infrastructure projects, focusing on the key factors that contribute to successful partnerships and the challenges that may hinder their success. The research will adopt a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of project performance data with qualitative interviews and case studies to provide a comprehensive assessment. The introduction sets the context for the study, highlighting the growing importance of PPPs in infrastructure development and the need for a thorough evaluation of their effectiveness. The background of the study reviews existing literature on PPPs, highlighting key concepts and theories relevant to the research topic. The problem statement identifies gaps in the current understanding of PPP effectiveness and outlines the research objectives, which include assessing the impact of PPPs on project outcomes and identifying best practices for successful partnerships. The research methodology chapter outlines the approach taken to collect and analyze data, including a combination of quantitative performance metrics and qualitative interviews with project stakeholders.
