This research study aims to investigate the impact of E-Government services on citizen engagement and satisfaction in the field of Public Administration. The utilization of digital platforms and technologies by governments to deliver services to citizens has transformed the traditional ways of governance. This study will delve into how E-Government services influence citizen engagement and satisfaction, which are crucial factors in assessing the effectiveness of public administration practices. The research will begin by exploring the background of the study, providing insights into the evolution of E-Government services and their significance in modern governance. The problem statement will highlight the existing gaps in literature regarding the impact of these services on citizen engagement and satisfaction. The objectives of the study will be outlined to guide the research process, focusing on examining the relationship between E-Government services, citizen engagement, and satisfaction.
