The advent of information and communication technologies has revolutionized the way governments interact with their citizens, leading to the emergence of e-government services. This research aims to investigate the impact of e-government services on public service delivery in urban areas. The study will focus on how the implementation of e-government services has influenced the efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility of public services in urban settings. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, discussing the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of terms. Chapter 2 presents a comprehensive literature review, examining existing studies on e-government services, public service delivery, and their impact on urban areas. Chapter 3 outlines the research methodology, including the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, ethical considerations, and limitations of the research methodology. The chapter also discusses the theoretical framework guiding the study and justifies the chosen research methods.
