The development and evaluation of novel drug delivery systems for targeted cancer therapy have emerged as promising approaches to enhance treatment efficacy while minimizing adverse effects. This research project aims to investigate the design, development, and evaluation of advanced drug delivery systems tailored for targeted cancer therapy. The study will focus on addressing the limitations of conventional cancer treatments by exploring the potential of targeted drug delivery systems to improve therapeutic outcomes. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure, and definition of terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key aspects related to drug delivery systems, cancer therapy, targeted drug delivery, nanotechnology, and current challenges in cancer treatment. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, detailing the experimental design, materials and methods, data collection techniques, sample selection, data analysis, and ethical considerations.
