Telepharmacy services have emerged as a promising solution to improve patient outcomes and access to medications, particularly in underserved or remote regions. This research project aims to explore the impact of telepharmacy services on patient outcomes and medication accessibility. The study will investigate the effectiveness of telepharmacy interventions in enhancing medication adherence, patient education, medication management, and overall health outcomes. The research will begin with a comprehensive literature review to examine previous studies, theories, and frameworks related to telepharmacy services and their impact on patient care. This review will provide a theoretical foundation for the study and identify gaps in the existing literature. The methodology chapter will outline the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques used in the study. Data will be collected through surveys, interviews, and observational studies with patients, healthcare providers, and telepharmacy staff.
