Project Abstract

Abstract
The modernization of office equipment has brought significant changes to the working environment of secretarial staff in NNPC Enugu Depot. This study aims to explore the impact of modern office equipment on the performance and job satisfaction of secretarial staff in the organization. The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from secretarial staff members. The findings of the study indicate that modern office equipment, such as computers, printers, and communication devices, have positively influenced the efficiency and productivity of secretarial staff. The use of these technologies has streamlined administrative tasks, reduced manual workload, and improved communication within the department. Secretarial staff members reported feeling more empowered and competent in their roles due to the assistance provided by modern office equipment.
