Telehealth, a rapidly evolving field in healthcare, has the potential to transform the way patient care is delivered in home care settings. This research project aims to explore the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care settings. The study will investigate how the use of telehealth technologies such as remote monitoring, video consultations, and mobile health applications influences patient outcomes, including health status, quality of life, and healthcare utilization. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study and presenting the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definition of terms. Chapter 2 consists of a comprehensive literature review covering ten key themes related to telehealth in home care settings. The literature review will examine current trends, challenges, and best practices in telehealth implementation, as well as existing research on the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes.
