Music therapy has gained recognition as a beneficial intervention for improving mental health outcomes in various populations, including adolescents. This research project explores the impact of music therapy on the mental health of adolescents, focusing on its effectiveness in promoting emotional well-being and psychological resilience. The study investigates how music therapy interventions can help adolescents cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges commonly experienced during this critical stage of development. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative measures such as standardized mental health assessments and qualitative data collection through interviews and observations. A sample of adolescents aged 13-18 will participate in a structured music therapy program designed to address specific mental health concerns.
