Project Abstract

Abstract
Libraries play a crucial role in providing access to information and resources for the community. The quality of library services is a key factor in determining the effectiveness and impact of these institutions. This research project aims to develop a comprehensive framework for measuring the quality of library services, taking into account various dimensions such as access to resources, customer service, community engagement, and technology integration. The study will utilize a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews and focus groups to gather data from library users, staff, and stakeholders.
