The study of strategies and challenges of public relation practice in university library is crucial in understanding the communication dynamics between academic institutions and their stakeholders. Public relations in university libraries play a significant role in promoting the visibility, services, and resources available to both the university community and the general public. This research aims to explore the strategies employed by university libraries to enhance their public relations efforts and the challenges they encounter in the process. The research methodology will involve a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Surveys and interviews will be conducted with public relations professionals, librarians, university administrators, and library users to gather data on the strategies utilized and the challenges faced in public relations practices within university libraries. The data collected will be analyzed to identify common trends, successful strategies, and key challenges faced by university libraries in their public relations efforts. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on public relations in academic libraries by providing insights into the strategies that are most effective in promoting library services and resources. Additionally, the identification of challenges faced by university libraries in their public relations practices will help inform the development of best practices and guidelines for improving communication and engagement with stakeholders.
