Leadership style plays a crucial role in influencing staff productivity within organizations. This comparative study aims to explore the relationship between different leadership styles and staff productivity. The research will focus on three main leadership styles autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire. By analyzing the impact of these leadership styles on staff productivity, this study seeks to provide valuable insights for organizations looking to enhance their performance through effective leadership. The study will utilize both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather data from a sample of employees across various industries. Surveys and interviews will be conducted to assess employees' perceptions of their leaders' styles and the resulting impact on their productivity levels.
