This research project aims to assess sustainable practices that can enhance household food security in rural communities. The study will focus on identifying and evaluating various strategies and interventions that can improve food security outcomes for households in rural areas. The research will commence with a comprehensive review of existing literature on food security, sustainable practices, and rural communities. This literature review will provide a theoretical framework for understanding the factors influencing household food security and the potential role of sustainable practices in addressing food insecurity. Subsequently, the research methodology will be outlined, detailing the approach and methods used to collect and analyze data. The methodology will include information on the research design, data collection techniques, sampling methods, and data analysis procedures. The findings of the study will be presented in Chapter Four, where a detailed discussion of the results will be provided. This chapter will highlight the key findings related to sustainable practices that contribute to household food security in rural communities.
