Abstract
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has gained popularity in recent years as an effective and time-efficient method for improving fitness levels. This research project aimed to investigate the impact of HIIT on cardiorespiratory fitness in college athletes. The study involved a sample of college athletes who participated in a structured HIIT program over a period of 12 weeks. Various cardiorespiratory fitness parameters, including VO2 max, heart rate, and respiratory rate, were measured before and after the intervention. The findings of the study revealed significant improvements in cardiorespiratory fitness among college athletes who underwent the HIIT program.
