The prevalence of stress among college athletes is a significant concern affecting their overall well-being and athletic performance. Mindfulness training has emerged as a promising intervention to address stress management in various populations, but its specific impact on college athletes remains underexplored. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness training in reducing stress levels and improving stress management among college athletes through a randomized controlled trial. The study will involve a sample of college athletes randomly assigned to either a mindfulness training group or a control group.
