This research explores the application of blockchain technology in the real estate sector, specifically focusing on transactions and property management. The aim of this study is to investigate how blockchain can revolutionize traditional real estate processes, enhance security, and streamline operations. The research begins with an in-depth introduction to blockchain technology and its relevance to real estate transactions and property management. A comprehensive literature review is conducted to analyze existing studies, frameworks, and applications of blockchain in the real estate industry. The review covers topics such as smart contracts, tokenization of assets, decentralized property registries, and the potential benefits and challenges associated with implementing blockchain in real estate. In the third chapter, the research methodology is outlined, detailing the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in this study.
