Abstract
This research study aimed to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of various teeth whitening techniques commonly utilized in dental practice. The project focused on assessing the outcomes of different methods, including in-office professional whitening treatments, at-home whitening kits, and natural remedies. The research methodology involved a systematic review of existing literature, empirical data collection through surveys and clinical trials, and analysis of the findings. The study commenced with an introduction detailing the motivation for the research, followed by a comprehensive review of the background of teeth whitening procedures and the prevailing trends in dental aesthetics. The problem statement highlighted the lack of consensus on the most effective whitening method, prompting the need for this comparative analysis. The objectives of the study were outlined to ascertain the efficacy, safety, and patient satisfaction levels associated with each whitening technique. Limitations and scope of the research were acknowledged, considering factors such as sample size, duration of the study, and access to specialized equipment. The significance of the study was underscored in terms of contributing to evidence-based practice in dentistry and guiding practitioners in recommending the most suitable whitening treatment for individual patients.
