This research project focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of various teeth whitening techniques in a clinical setting. The demand for teeth whitening procedures has increased significantly in recent years due to aesthetic concerns and societal pressure for a brighter smile. This study aims to assess and compare the outcomes of different teeth whitening methods to provide valuable insights for dental professionals and patients seeking to enhance their smiles. The research begins with a comprehensive review of existing literature on teeth whitening techniques, including over-the-counter products, professional dental treatments, and emerging technologies. By analyzing the advantages and limitations of each method, this project aims to identify the most effective and safe approaches to achieve optimal teeth whitening results. Methodology plays a crucial role in this study, as it involves conducting clinical trials with volunteer participants to assess the efficacy of the selected teeth whitening techniques.
