This research study aims to explore and analyze the impact of digital platforms on co-operative economies using a case study approach. In recent years, the increasing integration of digital technologies in various sectors has revolutionized business operations, including co-operatives. The objective of this study is to investigate how digital platforms have influenced co-operative economies, with a focus on understanding the opportunities and challenges they present to co-operatives. The research begins with a comprehensive introduction providing background information on co-operative economics and the increasing adoption of digital platforms in various industries. The problem statement highlights the gap in existing literature regarding the specific impacts of digital platforms on co-operative economies, prompting the need for this study. The research objectives are outlined to guide the investigation, followed by a discussion on the limitations and scope of the study. Through an extensive literature review, this study examines ten key areas related to digital platforms and co-operative economies. The review covers topics such as the benefits of digital platforms for co-operatives, challenges faced in their implementation, and best practices for leveraging digital technologies effectively in co-operative settings. By synthesizing existing knowledge, the literature review provides a foundation for the subsequent research methodology.
