This research study investigates the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles in supply chain management within a manufacturing company. The aim is to explore how the integration of Lean Six Sigma methodologies can enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain performance. The study focuses on a specific manufacturing company to provide a detailed case study analysis. The research begins with an introduction that outlines the background of the study, presents the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the research, and definitions of key terms. Chapter two comprises a comprehensive literature review that covers ten key themes related to Lean Six Sigma, supply chain management, and their integration. Chapter three details the research methodology, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. The methodology section also discusses the selection criteria for the case study company, data validation techniques, and potential limitations of the research approach. Chapter four presents the findings of the study based on the data collected from the case study company.
