This project aims to analyze the effects of different plant growth regulators on plant root architecture. Plant growth regulators, such as auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins, and abscisic acid, play crucial roles in regulating plant growth and development. However, their specific effects on root architecture are not fully understood. In this study, we will investigate the effects of exogenous application of different growth regulators on root length, root branching, root hair development, and root system architecture. By elucidating the effects of growth regulators on root architecture, we can gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying root development and potentially identify strategies for improving plant nutrient uptake and stress tolerance.
