Project Abstract

Abstract
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that play crucial roles in post-transcriptional gene regulation. Dysregulation of miRNAs has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer. In this study, we investigated the role of miRNAs in regulating gene expression in cancer cells, with a focus on understanding how miRNAs contribute to the development and progression of cancer. The research involved a comprehensive analysis of miRNA expression profiles in cancer cells compared to normal cells. Through bioinformatics tools and experimental validation techniques, we identified specific miRNAs that were differentially expressed in cancer cells. Functional studies were conducted to investigate the impact of these miRNAs on gene expression and cellular processes associated with cancer development. Furthermore, the study explored the molecular mechanisms through which miRNAs regulate gene expression in cancer cells.
