This research study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of financial technology (Fintech) innovation on traditional banking operations. The emergence of Fintech has revolutionized the financial industry, challenging traditional banking practices and introducing new ways of conducting financial transactions. This research seeks to provide insights into the extent to which Fintech innovations have disrupted traditional banking operations, the challenges faced by traditional banks, and the opportunities created by this technological evolution. The study will begin with a comprehensive review of existing literature on Fintech innovation and its impact on the banking sector. This review will cover key concepts such as blockchain technology, peer-to-peer lending, mobile payments, robo-advisors, and other Fintech solutions that are reshaping the financial landscape. The research methodology will involve a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Surveys and interviews will be conducted with banking professionals, Fintech experts, and customers to gather data on their perspectives, experiences, and opinions regarding the impact of Fintech on traditional banking operations. Additionally, financial data and performance metrics will be analyzed to assess the financial implications of Fintech adoption for traditional banks. The findings of this study are expected to shed light on the various ways in which Fintech innovations have influenced traditional banking operations.
